WELCOME TO WEEK 10

The last week of Term 2 and it's a busy one!

THE GROYNES
Firstly, thank you to the parents and grandfather that gave up their time to come with us on our trip to the Groynes. The session run by the Christchurch City Council was excellent and totally engaged the children. Check out the photos. The playground on the treasure hunt was a popular stop also. When Sofia was asked by her "Ga", who came with us as parent help, what her favourite thing of the day was she said "trying to steal Ga's sandwich" Oh well, back to the drawing board for Kirsty and I!!!

MONDAY MEET-UP
Arlo has planned a project to raise money to help save the Kakapo who are under threat from a deadly fungal disease. He will be advertising his planned Mufti day on Thursday 4 July. It has a green theme and it's a gold coin donation. He will also have a competition outside the hall of "Guess the number of lollies in the jar" which will run all week and the winner will be announced on Friday.
